Intellectual Property Policy

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This Intellectual Property Policy ("Policy") has been prepared by Minerva Dynamics Robotic Industry Inc. ("Company") to determine the procedures and principles for the protection of intellectual and industrial property rights relating to all products developed, manufactured, sold or made available to the public by the Company, as well as all content, technical documentation, software, designs and know-how on the Company's website.

This Policy is an informational text setting out the rights and obligations of third parties regarding the intellectual and industrial property elements owned by or licensed to the Company.

2. OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual and industrial property rights over the following elements developed or used by the Company belong to the Company unless otherwise explicitly stated:

  • End-effectors

  • Prototypes

  • Visuals and texts

  • Databases

These rights are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property, and related legislation.

3. NO LICENSE GRANTED AND RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

Visiting the website, reviewing or purchasing products does not constitute:

  • Granting of any license

  • Recognition of any right of use

  • Assignment or waiver

The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted.

4. USE OF WEBSITE CONTENT

6. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

Third-party:

  • Trademarks

  • Logos

  • Software

  • Other intellectual property elements

belong to their respective rights holders and are subject to their own license terms.

7. INFRINGEMENT AND LEGAL SANCTIONS

In the event of violations of this Policy, the Company reserves the right to pursue all available:

  • Civil

  • Criminal

remedies. In this context, the following may be sought:

  • Cessation of the infringement

  • Material and moral compensation

  • Other legal rights

8. LEGAL NATURE

This Policy is for informational purposes and does not constitute a contract on its own. However, it reflects the Company's intent regarding intellectual property rights.

9. ENTRY INTO FORCE

This Intellectual Property Policy enters into force on the date of publication on www.minervadynamics.net. Users visiting the site acknowledge that they have had the opportunity to access this Policy.
