("Company") to determine the liability limits regarding robotic systems, mechatronic and electronic hardware, mechanical components, robotic grippers, control modules, products containing software or firmware developed, manufactured or sold by the Company, as well as all technical content, documentation and information on the Company's website.

This Notice aims to inform users and buyers regarding technical, operational and integration-related risks that may arise due to the nature of the products and content offered by the Company.

2. GENERAL WARNING REGARDING THE TECHNICAL NATURE OF PRODUCTS

Products offered by the Company are not everyday consumer products; they are products requiring technical knowledge, experience, attention and specific usage disciplines. Safe, efficient and intended use of these products is only possible through review of the relevant technical documentation and compliance with usage instructions.

When products operate together with systems, machines, software or infrastructure belonging to the user, buyer or third parties, the outcomes that may arise are largely dependent on the characteristics of these systems and the method of integration.

3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR USE, INSTALLATION AND INTEGRATION

Installation, assembly, integration and use of the products are the responsibility of the user or buyer unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

The Company does not guarantee absolute compatibility of products with existing systems, production lines, software or third-party hardware belonging to the user or buyer. Performance losses, incompatibilities, work stoppages or indirect damages arising from such integrations are not the responsibility of the Company.

4. TECHNICAL INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION

Information provided on the website, in technical documents or supplied with the product is shared for general informational purposes and does not constitute an absolute accuracy or complete performance guarantee covering every usage scenario.

The final responsibility for evaluating the suitability of technical information for a specific purpose or particular system rests with the user or buyer.

5. WARNINGS REGARDING SOFTWARE AND FIRMWARE

Software or firmware supplied with the products may only be used within the relevant license terms and within the determined usage limits.

Unauthorized software interventions, code modifications, updates or reverse engineering activities may affect the safe operation of the product and fall outside the scope of the Company's warranty and liability.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Without prejudice to mandatory liability cases arising from applicable legislation, the Company cannot be held liable for indirect damages, production losses, loss of profit or third-party claims arising from the use, installation or integration of products.

The Company's legal liability is in all cases and under all circumstances limited to the sales price paid for the relevant product.

7. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND SYSTEMS

When products are used together with hardware, software or systems belonging to third parties, the risks and responsibilities relating to such third-party products and services rest with the user or buyer.

The Company makes no commitment regarding the performance, safety or suitability of third-party products or systems.

8. LEGAL NATURE

This Notice is intended to determine the technical and legal liability limits regarding products and cannot be interpreted so as to eliminate mandatory provisions arising from Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the Turkish Code of Obligations and related legislation.

The legislation applicable according to the status of buyer or user shall be evaluated separately for each specific case.

This Disclaimer and Technical Notice enters into force on the date of publication on www.minervadynamics.net and serves as an informational notice for those visiting the site and using the products.
