Warranty & After-Sales Support Policy

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This Warranty & After-Sales Support Policy ("Policy"); has been prepared to regulate the warranty and after-sales support conditions for robotic systems, mechatronic and electronic hardware, mechanical and electronic components, robotic grippers, control modules, products containing software or firmware, and related spare parts and accessories sold by Minerva Dynamics Robotic Industry Inc. ("Company") through www.minervadynamics.net.

This Policy has been prepared in consideration of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the Turkish Code of Obligations, the Warranty Certificate Regulation, and the After-Sales Services Regulation.

2. GENERAL PRINCIPLES REGARDING WARRANTY

2.1. No automatic or unlimited warranty commitment is provided for products sold by the Company, except where required by law.

2.2. Where a warranty is provided, the warranty period, scope and conditions are specified on a product basis and are clearly indicated in the relevant product's technical documentation or at the time of sale.

2.3. The publication of this Policy cannot be interpreted as the Company making an unconditional warranty commitment for all its products.

3. WARRANTY SCOPE

3.1. Conditions that may be considered within the scope of warranty are limited to; material or workmanship defects arising from production, and technical failures occurring during normal use of the product in accordance with instructions.

3.2. Actions to be taken within the scope of warranty are limited to; repair and part replacement, at the Company's discretion.

4. CASES EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY

The following cases are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Use of the product contrary to usage instructions,

  • Assembly, intervention, repair or modifications made by unauthorized persons,

  • Use of the product outside its technical specifications and intended purpose,

  • Integrations with systems belonging to the Buyer or third parties,

  • Unauthorized modification of software, firmware or control systems,

  • Electrical fluctuations, environmental conditions, user errors,

  • Consumables and natural wear.

5. SPECIAL PROVISIONS REGARDING SOFTWARE AND FIRMWARE

5.1. Unauthorized modifications made to software or firmware supplied with the products will result in the loss of warranty rights for the entire product.

5.2. Software updates do not constitute a commitment to add new features or functions.

6. AFTER-SALES SUPPORT SERVICES

6.1. The Company may provide after-sales support services in the form of; remote technical support, written guidance, and product inspection.

6.2. On-site service, installation or integration services are not within the scope of standard after-sales support unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.3. The scope and pricing of after-sales support services are determined separately according to the nature of the service.

7. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND LEGAL LIABILITY

7.1. In the event that the Buyer qualifies as a consumer, claims regarding defective products are evaluated within the framework of relevant legislation.

7.2. However, if the defect claim arises from; misuse, incorrect installation, improper system integration, or unauthorized software or hardware intervention, the product shall not be considered defective.

7.3. The Company's liability under this Policy is limited in all cases to the sales price of the relevant product, without prejudice to mandatory liability cases that may arise under applicable legislation.

8. COMMERCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL PURCHASES

In the event that the product is purchased for commercial or professional purposes, it is acknowledged that the Buyer may not have consumer status and consumer legislation protections may not apply.

9. CHANGES TO THE POLICY

The Company may update this Policy in line with changes in legislation and its activities. The updated Policy enters into force on the date it is published on the website.

10. ENTRY INTO FORCE

This Warranty & After-Sales Support Policy enters into force on the date it is published on www.minervadynamics.net; in distance sales transactions, it becomes binding on the Buyer upon electronic acceptance by the Buyer at the order stage.
