Delivery and Return Policy

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

This Delivery and Return Policy regulates the procedures and principles regarding the delivery, return and after-sales processes of robotic systems, mechatronic and electronic hardware, mechanical and electronic components, products containing software or firmware, and related spare parts and accessories sold by Minerva Dynamics Robotic Industry Inc. ("Company") through www.minervadynamics.net.

This Policy has been prepared in consideration of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and relevant legislation.

2. DELIVERY CONDITIONS

2.1. Delivery Period

Products are delivered to the Buyer within the period specified on the product page or at the order stage, following the completion of order confirmation and payment. Delivery period may vary depending on the following factors:

  • Stock availability of the product

  • Production or supply process

  • Logistics and transportation conditions

2.2. Delivery Address

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer at the time of order. The Company is not responsible for delays arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

2.3. Cargo and Transportation

Products are shipped via contracted cargo companies. Information regarding cargo fees is communicated to the Buyer prior to the order.

3. INSPECTION AND DAMAGE UPON DELIVERY

3.1. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the cargo packaging upon receipt of the product.

3.2. In the event of damage, crushing, tearing or opening detected in the cargo packaging:

  • The product should not be accepted

  • A damage report must be prepared with the cargo officer

3.3. In the absence of a damage report, the Company cannot be held responsible for damages claimed to have occurred during transportation.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

4.1. General Rule

A Buyer with consumer status may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product.

4.2. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

  • Products manufactured specifically for the individual

  • Products that have been installed or integrated

  • Products containing software, firmware or licenses

  • Products that cannot be technically separated

4.3. Conditions for the Right of Withdrawal

For the right of withdrawal to be valid:

  • The product must be unused

  • Installation must not have been performed

  • Technical integrity must not have been compromised

  • The product must be in resalable condition

5. RETURN PROCESS

5.1. Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Buyer is obliged to return the product within 10 days.

5.2. The product must be sent together with its original packaging and all accessories.

5.3. Products that do not comply with return conditions will not be accepted.

6. REFUND

6.1. If return conditions are met, payment will be refunded within 14 days via the same method.

6.2. The Company is not responsible for delays arising from the bank or payment system.

7. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

7.1. Relevant legislation applies for Buyers with consumer status.

7.2. The product shall not be considered defective in the following cases:

  • Misuse

  • Unauthorized intervention

  • Incorrect system integration

8. INSTALLATION AND TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITY

8.1. Installation and integration are the responsibility of the Buyer.

8.2. The Company is not responsible for incompatibilities.

9. COMMERCIAL / PROFESSIONAL PURCHASES

Consumer rights may not apply in the event that the product is purchased for commercial purposes.

10. ENTRY INTO FORCE

This Policy enters into force on the date of publication and becomes binding upon acceptance at the time of order.
